Walla Walla gang member has pleaded guilty to shooting two Milton-Freewater men in March. Jacihel Contreras, 26, could get almost 23 years in prison for two counts of first-degree assault.Contreras pleaded guilty to two counts of first-degree assault. He is the second and last perpetrator to plead guilty to attacking four members of a Milton-Freewater family. In August, Fernando Saenz Jr., 23, pleaded guilty to the same charges for stabbing two of the men.Superior Court Judge Donald W. Schacht sentenced Saenz to 28 1/2 years in prison, the upper end of the sentencing that Walla Walla County Deputy Prosecutor Joe Golden had recommended. Golden said Wednesday that Contreras faces about 17-23 years in prison, and Schacht will hand down the sentence Nov. 15 at 4 p.m.The pair of offenders attacked...
